Des Dodds is a Consultant Lawyer at HDME Lawyers and has had an extensive property practice acting for property developers, private investors and corporations for many years. Previously a partner in a major city firm, he established an independent practice in 2005 and subsequently became one of the founding partners of Hogan Dodds & Moore, the predecessor firm to HDME Lawyers.
Des has been involved in numerous residential and commercial “off the plan” developments in Melbourne’s CBD and inner suburbs from acquisition through planning and construction to sales and leasing. He has also acted for property owners and managers with extensive involvement in leasing multi tenanted office and commercial buildings.
He also advises private clients in relation to estate planning and family succession.
Des has taken active roles in legal professional associations including the Law Institute if Victoria and the General Practice Section of the Law Council of Australia.
